New parking rules are not made clear and signage is inadequate with no signs at reception. No signs as you enter road to surgery and all signs are too high and badly placed to be remotely obvious. Spoke to receptionist who never mentioned requirement to register car and no sign obviously visible. Parking eye are also an appalling company to try to deal with. Comment from surgery of signage everywhere is also untrue

Better signs especially in reception and pharmacy area. Lower signs on wall and add additional signs that face you as you walk from surgery parking to reception and add sign at entrance road to area that it is ALL pay and display. Chose a more approachable parking company to deal with.

Everytime we've requested an appt we have had one on the same day. Which 8s amazing from what we here about from other people waiting a long time for appointments. The AskmyGp system works wonderfully well. Prescription requests are done straight away. I use boots chemist Ambleside and they often say the prescription is ready just a couple of hours after I submitted my request to the drs via Patients Access. Myself, my husband and my Father have all had wonderful service from the friendly and efficient drs and nurses. Referrals have been done at the appropriate time, no delaying, and we've been kept informed of progress. Receptionists are excellent being extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The building inside and out is always very clean and also looks lovely with pictures etc and well laid out. We're all so grateful to have Nutwood as our surgery.

There is not a single thing that Nutwood could improve on in our experience.

Used the ask myGP app which was excellent and easy to use and I’m not very good with IT ! When going into the surgery to make blood appointments etc the staff are always super efficient and friendly absolutely nothing is to much trouble.

Really cannot think of anything.

Always have first class service at Nutwood also always seen face to face. Very reassuring for a motive of a young child with breathing difficulties.

Nothing very satisfied with the practiced service we receive.
